A 21 acre site set within the village setting of Groomsport, Co. Down sweeping down to the shores of Belfast Lough.

The development comprises of a mixture of family houses from 950sqft townhouses to 2500 sqft detached properties.

Whilst endeavouring to provide a modern family dwelling our design approach was strongly influenced by the existing seaside village environment.
