The site was previously occupied by a single detached dwelling adjacent to the scenic amenity space of Stricklands Glen and Omni designed a contemporary mix of dwellings and apartments composed of simple modern forms and detailed with a palette of finishes including brick, render, cedar cladding and pre-patinated copper.
