Originally the site of a 19th century laundry constructed in local stone and brick, the buildings had deteriorated to a state of dereliction.

We conceived a townhouse and apartment scheme utilising the original materials in panels of stone and brick whilst providing the purchasers with a thoroughly contemporary dwelling.
